Robert Descartes has spent over 25 years building and managing operational systems in high-pressure environments. Working across London's most demanding security operations — including critical infrastructure sites — he developed a deep expertise in workforce management, process design, and operational efficiency. The kind of expertise that translates directly into building automation systems that actually work under real-world pressure.

Alongside his operational career, Robert built a close working relationship with S2F Property Services — a nationwide UK inventory and inspection company. As the architect behind their AI automation systems, Robert gained direct, daily experience of the admin burden that property management companies face: manual clerk dispatch, time-consuming onboarding, inconsistent report quality, and the constant pressure to do more with less.

After attending an industry masterclass on AI and business automation, Robert saw clearly that the same operational pain breaking S2F was breaking letting agencies across the UK — and that AI could fix it. Rather than building theoretical systems, he built them inside S2F first. Every automation was tested, refined, and proven in a live property business before being offered to clients. That's still true today.
